-2018 Gold Award, Chuao Village, Venezuela 75%
The cocoa produced in Chuao Village in Venezuela is world-famous and recognized as the best cocoa in the world. The farmers in the village have passed on their craft from generation to generation, and the first seed was planted more than 500 years ago. The village is located in a untouched forest, where no roads connect it to the outer world. The output of the plantation is so low that Chocolate makers around the globe compete with each other to acquire the cocao. The plantation produces Criollo, which is the best type of cocoa there is, and to achieve the best aroma we use top of the line refining technology to achieve that. Chuao Chocolate has no bitterness and strong notes of cream, nuts, caramel and vanilla.
-Limited series Dominican Hdacienda La Esmeralda 82%

Brazilian Tropical Rainforest Lihajuira Plantation 90% cocoa

The plantation is surrounded by lush green and diverse plants which helps create the super-rich aroma of this chocolate. It blends into the mouth and gradually goes from floral scents to mushrooms and tobacco. Later comes the aroma of a variety of spices followed by slight acidity, which brings your taste buds into the world of dried fruits and red berries. However, the final taste is rather surprising, as it finishes off with the taste of thick peanut butter. The flavors of this chocolate is like watching a magician perform, a chocolate full of surprises waiting for you to try.
