There is little sweetness to be found, allowing you to enjoy and taste high quality cocoa while also enjoying the silky smooth texture of Nama chocolate. It is made with the world's most limited cocoa, which is Chuao. Chuao melts perfectly in the mouth and has multiple flavors and fullness. It starts off on your palate with rich aromas of nuts, cocoa, and cream. Gradually, an elegant citrus aroma spreads. The finishing note and the initial note echo each other superbly, while leaving a subtle but long lasting aftertaste.
