Seasonal Fruits Cheesecake <14*7.5cm>
In Taiwan, the wind and sunlight varies through the four seasons, combined with the multitude of different landscapes and altitudes in Taiwan, it is an excellent place to breed seasonal fruits. Silk Sweet selects in season fruits that have the right qualities to pair with our cheesecakes. Our in-house green thumb personally visits the farmers to ensure the quality of fruits, in order for us to combine our homemade cheese fermented from local milk. To further add to the flavor, we either add Hokkaido cheese or European cheese, as well as our organic free-range eggs. Giving you new and exciting flavors to try every season of the year.
*Pineapple cheesecake
Delightful pineapple chunks spread throughout the snow-white cake, surprising you like gold nuggets in a gold mine of flavor.
Silk Sweet’s newest edition to our seasonal fruit cheesecake uses Taiwanese pineapple, French cheese, Hokkaido cheese and homemade cheese. You wouldn’t want to miss this pineapple packing delight!
*Red plum cheesecake:
Using mashed home grown organic red plums combined with Hokkaido cheese and French Brie cheese. The red plum cheesecake delivers a rich and solid cheese flavor, with a layered experience of textures.
*Mango Cheesecake:
Using fresh Aiwen mangoes, combined with Hokkaido cheese and Swiss Emmental cheese. Creates a cake that has a full cheesy flavor, without losing its refreshing qualities. The upper layer is covered with a layer of mango puree, which kicks the flavor up a notch to a different level.
*Passion Fruit Cheesecake:
Taiwanese passion fruit has a perfect balance of sweet and sourness, which makes it a go to for making desserts. This product combines homemade cheese and French Brie to give you that perfect combination of texture and flavor.
