French Comte Cheesecake <14*7.5cm>
The French Comte cheesecake is a heavy tasting cheesecake, and is an upgrade from the classic series. It has a rich and fresh milky scent to it, and an innovative formula which adopts a new concept of low cream to increase the proportion of eggs. Especially the yolk, and the proportion of whipped egg whites also increases, making the cake lighter and fresher. You’ll be able notice all the different layers this cake offers.

Manchego cheese is Spain’s most famous cheese. It is made from sheep milk. It originates from La Manche, the hometown of the character Don Quixote in the novel. Compared with the Italian Romano feta, where its strong flavour and salty properties are more suitable for cooking, the manchego cheese has a milder taste and delicate aroma, which is more suitable for making desserts. The combination of Manchego cheese and our own homemade cheese from Silk Sweet gives this product a gentle fruity sweetness and a light nutty aroma.

Parmigiano is often regarded as the “King of cheeses” due to its strong and rich aromas. This products speciality lies within the cheese we use, which is 24-month Parmigiano-Reggiano. The aging enhances the flavors, giving it a tad of acidity on top of the richness. You can also taste the floral scent, followed by nuts, caramel and citrus aromas. We also purposely preserve some of the naturally formed crystal, so that you can truly Experience authentic Parmigiano-Reggiano.
