Made from fresh seasonal fruits from Taiwan, no water is added, and it's slow-cooked over a low flame.
Recommended Usage: Spread on toast, pair with plain yogurt, or add a small amount to black tea or green tea to enhance its aroma.
- Bayberry Jam
Bayberries are rich in vitamins, minerals, and 8 essential amino acids that are beneficial to the human body. They help with quenching thirst, strengthening the spleen, and promoting appetite. Although bayberries have many health benefits, their delicate appearance and difficulty in preservation make them rare in the market.
Silk Valley chooses to grow bayberries organically, without the use of pesticides, fertilizers, or irrigation, mimicking the natural environment as much as possible. After over ten years of selection, the surviving bayberry trees produce an unpredictable harvest each year, making the jam made from them especially rare.
The jam-making process follows traditional methods, using only cane sugar without any added water or preservatives, slowly cooked over a long period. The jam can be spread on toast or bread, added to tea to make sweet fruit tea, or used as a dressing for salads to spice up your appetizers, allowing you to create your own unique dishes!
- Plum Jam
Plums are rich in vitamins B and C, as well as niacin, which helps with the metabolism of sugars and fats, lowers cholesterol, and prevents inflammation. There are more than a dozen varieties of plums, and Silk Valley selects the rare red-flesh plums, grown organically.
During the cultivation of these plums, no pesticides, fertilizers, or irrigation are used, and the process mimics the natural environment. After more than ten years of selection, the surviving plum trees produce an unpredictable yield each year, making the jam made from them particularly rare.

- Passion Fruit Jam
Passion fruit is known as the "King of Juices" due to its rich nutritional content, including vitamins A and C, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, folic acid, and polyphenols. It helps the body with antioxidant activity, alleviates constipation, and improves anemia.
