The first comes from Apurimac in southern Peru, which undergoes a six-day fermentation process and is roasted at low temperatures to preserve the finest cocoa flavors.
The second comes from the Ivory Coast in West Africa, where rare cocoa from small farms is processed using traditional methods, resulting in EU-certified organic cocoa.
Silk Sweet uses 100% cocoa from these two regions to handcraft a top-tier nama chocolate with extremely low acidity. The chocolate has subtle bitter-sweet notes of nuts and berries, complemented by a woody aroma, offering a rich and full-bodied flavor.
